Information Accessed by the App


Jira Configuration Intelligence accesses configuration metadata from your Jira instance in order to analyze dependencies between configuration artifacts.

This may include:

  • Custom fields

  • Screens

  • Workflows

  • Filters

  • Boards

  • Projects

  • Configuration metadata related to these artifacts


Personal Data


Jira Configuration Intelligence does not collect, store, or process personal data outside of the Atlassian environment.

The app analyzes Jira configuration metadata such as custom fields, workflows, screens, and related configuration artifacts.


Data Storage


Jira Configuration Intelligence does not store customer data outside of Atlassian infrastructure.

All processing occurs within Atlassian's Forge platform.


Data Sharing


Valtoric does not sell, share, or transfer customer data to third parties.


Security


Jira Configuration Intelligence is built on the Atlassian Forge platform, which provides a secure execution environment and strong isolation between customer installations.

Forge apps run within Atlassian-managed infrastructure and inherit Atlassian’s security controls.
